When feeling conflicted, recognized that you’ve split internally, and back up. Remind yourself that unity is what’s important and that those around you will work with you to resolve the split.
Remind yourself of what you want to protect (trust/connection) and defend it against any attack from inside or out. (2 sacred laws).

Sweetgrass
The elders tell us that it takes longer for us to heal today and the reason is because the old trails our ancestors used to use to find us have been destroyed....so now our ancestors are having a hard time finding us to help us heal.
We are also told that was the first plant to grow on Mother Earth
When we harvest Sweetgrass,we get three bunches of seven strands
So there will be 21 pieces of grass,,
We do not pull it, this is the hair of Mother Earth.
We braid the three strands of seven pieces right there on Mother Earth
Then we gently cut it
If we want to state our intentions,, we can bring tobacco as to bring Creator in on our words as to how we will use this
For an offering we can offer something the plant can use,, like water,
So offer the relations around it, it’s brothers and sisters,mother and father
And so on,give them a gift of water.
When we burn sweetgrass, remember these things:
Its a kindness medicine...with a sweet gentle aroma when we light it.
Its symbolic...
There are 21 strands used to make a braid...
The first 7 strands represent those 7 generations behind us~
Our parents
Our grandparents
Our great grandparents and so on for
7 generations behind us~who we are and what we are is because of them~they've brushed and made the trails we have been walking up til now...but the trails have been destroyed, we have lost our connection.
The time has come to heal and reconnect with our ancestors.
The next 7 represent the 7 sacred teachings...
Love, Respect, Honesty, Courage, Wisdom, Truth and Humility.
The elders tell us how simple, powerful and beautiful the teaching are:
1 Love: unconditional affection with no limits or conditions that starts with loving yourself.
2 Respect: due regard for the feelings, wishes, rights or traditions of other, with consideration, thoughtfulness, attentiveness, politeness, courtesy, civility, deference.
3 Honestly: have a character of integrity, and honor be free from fraud or deception, legitimate truthful.
4 Courage: bravery, permitting one to face extreme dangers with boldness withstanding danger, fear or difficulty
5 Wisdom: the quality of having experience, knowledge and good judgment the quality of being wise.
6 Truth: the face of the matter, veracity, sincere, candor and genuineness
a determined in principle entirely by how it relates to things
7 Humility: freedom from pride or arrogance, being humble, when we truly understand the teaching of humility, that we are not any better then anyone else and you are not any better then me. that at the end of the day we are simply human beings, this is what makes this teaching powerful and beautiful.
The last 7 strands are those of the 7 generations in front of us~
Our children .....
Our grandchildren .....
Our great grandchildren .....
as well as those children yet to be born.
It is important because everything we do to Mother earth will one day effect them... We have lost our way, Mother Earth gives us everything we need to heal ourselves and the earth. We must go back to our roots and bloom.

Path of the Gold Horse
There is nothing in the way.
I have chosen this path. This path makes me happy.
The path of the Gold horse - Opening the portal.
Everything I do with the circle is a reflection of my choices on my path. 100% the effect of my catalyst/choice. I invite others within the circle to choose for themselves freely and to reap the joy.
Release all need to conform, all pretense, and all fear.
It is time for peace, joy, and universal harmony. The coming together in spirit, adding the flavor of the physical, on our journey home.
Reduce reliance on tools, build reliance on self. Self soothing, self satisfying, self validating.
2020 is the year to free the will, so the choice of 2021 will be a clear reflection of our inner God-like nature.
Free the will through:
understanding the role of will in creation
understanding the two types of will
becoming aware of when you are using which type of will
beginning to shift to a conscious, aligned way of creating whenever possible
2021 is the year to begin creating together. The foundation for creating together is Compassion (Honesty, Equality, Tranquility, and Humility) and Unity (Wisdom, Strength, Compassion, Understanding).
Compassion frees the will. Judgment binds the will.
The Circle of Law will be important once the foundation is set in the next cycle (2021-2024).
The Trinity of the Horse Race:
Dec 21, 2012 to Dec 20, 2016: Unwinding (undoing) of making the physical most important
Dec 21, 2016 to Dec 20, 2020: Winding (doing) of making the spiritual most important
Dec 21, 2020 to Dec 20, 2024: Laying the foundation to make both the physical and the spiritual both equally important, but the sequence of creation being Spiritual first, then Physical.
The foundation that we lay in the third cycle of the trinity will be using a spiritual measure as the beginning of the creation process, instead of a physical measure.
Rainbow Warriors or Soldiers of Light (or whatever we want to call ourselves) are marching forward through aligned creation, the more we create aligned with life, the wider the portal becomes.
Mechanical will is always triggered when judgment energy is felt. Judgment energy (ours or anyone else’s) will immediately trigger us into the mechanical will (old pattern) unless we consciously stop it.
Conscious will is always inspired when compassion energy is felt. Compassion energy (ours or anyone else’s) naturally activates Conscious Will.
Embrace the sameness and stand in wonder of the differences we see around us.
Seeing the interconnectedness of life allows us to hold compassion and vice-a-versa, holding compassion allows us to see the interconnectedness of life.
With compassion, we travel the energetic grid of life. All paths are open, will is free, joy abounds, and creation is energy efficient.
The Reason I Judge Others
The reason I judge others, and always look for what’s wrong, is that I am afraid I won’t be able to do the right thing if others don’t do the right thing. Still afraid of opinions of others and fear that I am a victim and that being myself isn’t enough or accepted.
I react when my expectations aren’t met because I am afraid I won’t be able to perform to fictitious outside expectations.
Shift the paradigm and the consciousness goes with it. The effect shifts to reflect the consciousness.
It allows me to create easily and effortlessly.
